- For the admission to College in the session 2026-27, Web-Registration 2026-27 through the St. John’s College’s Website, is mandatory, without which a candidate will not be eligible for admission
सेंट जॉन्स कॉलेज में प्रवेश के लिए कॉलेज की वेबसाइट https://sjcagra.ac.in के ज़रिए वेब-रजिस्ट्रेशन (2026-27) करना ज़रूरी है; इसके बिना कैंडिडेट एडमिशन के लिए योग्य नहीं होगा। - Admission to MBA/MCA for the academic session would be done on the basis of academic merit.
एम.बी.ए./.एम.सी.ए.में प्रवेश ( शैक्षणिक सत्र (2026-27) शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। - Application forms can be filled online from the College Website https://sjcagra.ac.in from 1st June, 2026 No candidate will be allowed to fill the form once the stipulated time for filling the forms is over.
आवेदन पत्र 1 जून, 2026 से कॉलेज की वेबसाइट https://sjcagra.ac.in पर ऑनलाइन भरे जा सकते हैं। फॉर्म भरने के लिए निर्धारित समय के बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार को फॉर्म भरने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। - A candidate, along with the admission form, would be required to upload the scanned copies of the mark sheets of Class 10th and 12th examinations, graduation, passport size photograph and special documents/certificates.
एक उम्मीदवार को, प्रवेश पत्र के साथ, कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं, स्नातक परीक्षाओं की अंक तालिका, पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर और विशेष दस्तावेजों/प्रमाणपत्रों की स्कैन की हुई प्रतियां अपलोड करनी होंगी। - Candidates will be required to pay registration fees of Rs 1000/- online through the college website along with the online submission of the forms.
उम्मीदवारों को प्रपत्रों के ऑनलाइन जमा करने के साथ-साथ कॉलेज की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से 1000/- रुपये का पंजीकरण शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। - The academic index shall be calculated on the basis of marks obtained in the Graduation examinations.
शैक्षणिक सूचकांक की गणना स्नातक की परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर की जायेगी। - The qualified candidates, whose name figure in the merit list, will be required to report for counselling, with the original copies of their academic mark sheets and other supporting documents and the prescribed fee. The qualified candidates will also bring a set of self-attested photocopies of the above-mentioned documents. The date and time of counselling would be notified through the college website.
योग्यता सूची में जिन योग्य उम्मीदवारों का नाम है, उन्हें अपनी शैक्षणिक अंक-तालिका और अन्य सहायक दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रतियों के साथ अंतिम उपस्थिति वाले संस्थान से स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र और निर्धारित शुल्क के साथ परामर्श (काउंसलिंग) के लिए रिपोर्ट करना होगा। योग्य उम्मीदवार उपर्युक्त दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी का एक सूचित सेट भी लाएंगे। काउंसलिंग की तिथि और समय कॉलेज की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से किया जाएगा - Failure to bring any of the original documents for verification, on the day of counselling will result in the annulment of the candidate’s claim to admission and the opportunity will be given to the next candidate in the merit list.
काउंसलिंग के दिन सत्यापन और स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र के लिए किसी भी मूल दस्तावेज को लाने में विफल रहने पर उम्मीदवार के प्रवेश के दावे को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और योग्यता सूची में अगले उम्मीदवार को अवसर दिया जाएगा। - If the candidate fails to turn up on the prescribed day for admission, the opportunity will be given to the next one in the merit list and the candidate will forfeit his/her right of admission.
यदि उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के लिए निर्धारित दिन पर उपस्थित होने में विफल रहता है, तो योग्यता सूची में अगले उम्मीदवार को अवसर दिया जाएगा और उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के अपने अधिकार को खो देगा। - The subjects will be allotted on the day of counselling as per merit and the availability of seats.
काउंसलिंग के दिन मेरिट और सीटों की उपलब्धता के अनुसार विषयों का आवंटन किया जाएगा। - The names of the finally admitted students will be put up on the college website and notice boards only after the payment of college fees.
अंतिम रूप से प्रवेशित छात्रों के नाम कॉलेज की वेबसाइट और नोटिस बोर्ड पर कॉलेज फीस के भुगतान के बाद ही डाले जाएंगे। - Any admission done or any candidate selected for admission by an inadvertence or oversight or on the basis of wrong or incomplete information provided by the candidate shall be cancelled and the candidate will have no claim in such a case.
उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान की गई गलत या अधूरी जानकारी के आधार पर या असावधानी या चूक से प्रवेश के लिए चयनित किसी भी उम्मीदवार या किसी भी प्रवेश को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और ऐसे मामले में उम्मीदवार का कोई दावा नहीं होगा। - The college retains the right to reject any qualified candidate at the time of counselling.
कॉलेज काउंसलिंग के समय किसी भी योग्य उम्मीदवार को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखता है।
