- For the admission to College in the session 2023-24, University Web-Registration 2023-24 on University Website- dbrau.ac.in is mandatory, without which a candidate will not be eligible for admission.
महाविद्यालय में सत्र 2023-24 में प्रवेश के लिए विश्वविद्यालय वेब-पंजीकरण 2023-24 विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट- dbrau.ac.in पर अनिवार्य है, जिसके बिना अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश हेतु पात्र नहीं होगा। - Admission to Bachelor of Arts (B.A. I), Bachelor of Science (B. Sc. I), Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com I), and B.Com Vocational, B.B.A, B.C.A, and B.P.E.S and B.Sc (Bio Tech) for the academic session would be done on the basis of academic.
बैचलर ऑफ आर्ट्स (बीए I), बैचलर ऑफ साइंस (बीएससी I), बैचलर ऑफ कॉमर्स (बीकॉम I), और बीकॉम वोकेशनल, बीबीए, बीसीए, और बीपीईएस और बीएससी में प्रवेश ( शैक्षणिक सत्र के लिए बायो टेक) शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। - Application forms can be filled online from the College Website https://sjcagra.ac.in from 1st June, 2023 to 15th July, 2023. No candidate will be allowed to fill the form once the stipulated time for filling the forms is over.
आवेदन पत्र 1 जून, 2023 से 15 जुलाई, 2023 तक कॉलेज की वेबसाइट https://sjcagra.ac.in पर ऑनलाइन भरे जा सकते हैं। फॉर्म भरने के लिए निर्धारित समय के बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार को फॉर्म भरने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। - A candidate, along with the admission form, would be required to upload the scanned copies of the mark sheets of Class 10th and 12th examinations, passport size photograph and special documents/certificates.
एक उम्मीदवार को, प्रवेश पत्र के साथ, कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं परीक्षाओं की अंकतालिकाओं, पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर और विशेष दस्तावेजों/प्रमाणपत्रों की स्कैन की हुई प्रतियां अपलोड करनी होंगी। - If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one course, he/she will have to apply separately for each course.
यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी एक से अधिक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन करना चाहता है, तो उसे प्रत्येक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना होगा। - Christian candidates must upload along with their admission form a scanned copy of their baptism/confirmation certificate. Likewise, candidates, who wish to be considered for reservation under OBC/SC/ST/PH/EWS categories, would be required to upload a copy of their caste/EWS
ईसाई उम्मीदवारों को अपने प्रवेश पत्र के साथ अपने बपतिस्मा/द्रनिकरण प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की हुई प्रति अपलोड करनी होगी। इसी तरह, ओबीसी / एससी / एसटी / पीएच / ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणियों के तहत आरक्षण के लिए विचार करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को अपने जाति / ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति अपलोड करनी होगी। - Candidates will be required to pay a prospectus and registration fees of Rs 310/- online through the college website along with the online submission of the forms. Candidates applying for B.B.A. and B.C.A. will have to pay Rs 510/- as Prospectus and Registration Fee in a similar manner.
उम्मीदवारों को प्रपत्रों के ऑनलाइन जमा करने के साथ-साथ कॉलेज की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से 310/- रुपये का एक प्रॉस्पेक्टस और पंजीकरण शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। B.B.A और B.C.A. के उम्मीदवार को प्रॉस्पेक्टस और पंजीकरण शुल्क के रूप में 510/- रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। - A soft copy of the college prospectus will be available to each candidate from the college website for free download by 1st July, 2023.
कॉलेज प्रॉस्पेक्टस की सॉफ्ट कॉपी 1 जुलाई 2023 तक कॉलेज की वेबसाइट पर मुफ्त डाउनलोड के लिए प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार के लिए उपलब्ध होगी। - The academic index shall be calculated on the basis of marks obtained in the 12th examinations. The special points shall be added as per the university rules.
शैक्षणिक सूचकांक की गणना 12वीं की परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर की जायेगी। विश्वविद्यालय के नियमों के अनुसार विशेष अंक जोड़े जाएंगे। - The merit shall be calculated on the basis of the Academic Index after adding the special weightage point. The special points shall be added to the final score, as per the university rules. The merit list will be declared on the college website on a pre-announced date.
विशेष वेटेज प्वाइंट को जोड़ने के बाद योग्यता की गणना शैक्षणिक सूचकांक के आधार पर की जाएगी। विश्वविद्यालय के नियमों के अनुसार विशेष अंक अंतिम स्कोर में जोड़े जाएंगे। योग्यता सूची पूर्व घोषित तिथि पर कॉलेज की वेबसाइट पर घोषित की जाएगी। - The qualified candidates, whose name figure in the merit list, will be required to report for counseling, with the original copies of their academic mark sheets and other supporting documents, transfer certificate from the last attended institution and the prescribed fee. The qualified candidates will also bring a set of self-attested photocopies of the above-mentioned documents. The date and time of counseling would be notified through the college website.
योग्यता सूची में जिन योग्य उम्मीदवारों का नाम है, उन्हें अपनी शैक्षणिक मार्कशीट और अन्य सहायक दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रतियों के साथ अंतिम उपस्थिति वाले संस्थान से स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र और निर्धारित शुल्क के साथ काउंसलिंग के लिए रिपोर्ट करना होगा। योग्य उम्मीदवार उपर्युक्त दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी का एक सेट भी लाएंगे। काउंसलिंग की तिथि और समय कॉलेज की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा। - Failure to bring any of the original documents for verification and transfer certificate on the day of counselling will result in the annulment of the candidate’s claim to admission and the opportunity will be given to the next candidate in the merit list.
काउंसलिंग के दिन सत्यापन और स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र के लिए किसी भी मूल दस्तावेज को लाने में विफल रहने पर उम्मीदवार के प्रवेश के दावे को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और योग्यता सूची में अगले उम्मीदवार को अवसर दिया जाएगा। - If the candidate fails to turn up on the prescribed day for admission, the opportunity will be given to the next one in the merit list and the candidate will forfeit his/her right of admission.
यदि उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के लिए निर्धारित दिन पर उपस्थित होने में विफल रहता है, तो योग्यता सूची में अगले एक को अवसर दिया जाएगा और उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के अपने अधिकार को खो देगा। - The subjects will be allotted on the day of counselling as per merit and the availability of seats.
काउंसलिंग के दिन मेरिट और सीटों की उपलब्धता के अनुसार विषयों का आवंटन किया जाएगा। - The names of the finally admitted students will be put up on the college website and notice boards only after the payment of college fees.
अंतिम रूप से प्रवेशित छात्रों के नाम कॉलेज की वेबसाइट और नोटिस बोर्ड पर कॉलेज फीस के भुगतान के बाद ही डाले जाएंगे। - Any admission done or any candidate selected for admission by an inadvertence or oversight or on the basis of wrong or incomplete information provided by the candidate shall be cancelled and the candidate will have no claim in such a case.
उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान की गई गलत या अधूरी जानकारी के आधार पर या असावधानी या चूक से प्रवेश के लिए चयनित किसी भी उम्मीदवार या किसी भी प्रवेश को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और ऐसे मामले में उम्मीदवार का कोई दावा नहीं होगा। - The college retains the right to reject any qualified candidate at the time of counseling.
कॉलेज काउंसलिंग के समय किसी भी योग्य उम्मीदवार को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखता है।
